Ok all:

So here is the drill. I am printing resource calendars from my MS Project schedule. But it is bugging me that the labels for tasks are relative to the length of the task. Therefore, a tasks that is .25 days may only have room for one letter in the bar displayed in the calendar for that day.

This is not helpful as a printed tool handed to project team members. Does anyone do something differently?
