There are several screen capture browser extensions, Edge browser has the capability built-in, and there are options for download.
Greenshot - ability to upload directly to MS Office, cloud storage, JIRA. It's open source and free
Snagit - lots of features and popular, not free
Snipping Tool - comes with Windows
IIRC, Snagit, automatically saves so easy to take consecutive captures. Now, that said, I'm assuming you have a Windows machine. But you did not specify. Saving Changes...

i use my surface to capture screenshots with the windows tool and then make annotations. you can also annotate on screenshots embedded in a powerpoint ppt and save them. but as Andrew mentioned, it would be helpful to know what hardware/ OS you are using

I'm old school with the iMac. I just use SHIFT+COMMAND+3 for full display screenshots and replace the 3 with 4 to get custom-sized screenshots. They can then be easily edited in Preview to add text, images and various formatting techniques. And I've done it during a meeting! Sorry Windows fans, I kicked that old horse a decade ago. Another alternative is to go simple. use the PRINT SCREEN key and capture the time on the system tray of your computer along with the webpage. Saving Changes...
