Hi,All
I am working as an .Net developer with 2.5 yr Experience, Now I want to shift on DataWarehousing field so what would be the best step for me to make it possible with continuing my job also.

Exactly what should be the right stratagy I have to follow,Please suggest me.

If you can get into a data warehousing project within your organization, that would be the easiest choice. You can do the transition smoothly. But, you will have to decide on what you want to do in data warehousing, how you want to position your career...etc. Depending on the answers to these questions, you can come up with the best strategy for yourself.
