How can I use my CAPM certificate to get a job?

You can’t use a certificate to get a job. It might be an asset to you but you need to demonstrate that you have experience especially during the interview and to get to the interview point, you need to reflect that in the best possible way in your resume.

Have a CAPM, from an employer perspective, would mean you have the knowledge but doesn’t necessarily mean you have the skills and experience.

I'd state it a different way - Showcase a [certification] by highlighting the skills, experience, and strengths that support it.

You can add the certification at the end of your name, add it to your summary. Support the strengths, qualities, and accomplishments that brought you through the journey in garnering the experience requirement to sit the exam and how you have been able to apply the new learnings to successful outcomes in your current role.

Your CAPM certificate will help recruiters to know that you have dedication to a career in project management, which is very important. But in order to get a job, you need experience in project management so I would suggest you to look for entry level position or try to see if you can work on a project team to gain some experience.
