Hi, as a new practitioner, I am thinking to take CAPM before PMP. Is it better to do this way?

If you have enough experience as Project Manager (4500), no doubt for me. PMP.

I think you should go for PMP. PMP is better for you according to your experience.

I have directly applied for PMP as I had enough work experience and education. CAPM is useful if you want to get into an entry-level position with a bachelor diploma. My Mentor advice not to take CAPM just because of I had master's degrees and over 4 years of professional experience.
