Scheduling Meetings

I frequently have to schedule meetings with colleagues and clients. Is there a particular medium or software that simplifies working with multiple clients versus throwing out dates and times?

Yes there are many software for that but what is the worth, what is the size of your company, the project, and the team. Is your meeting local or virtual team/ video conference or just audio, etc

All the meetings are virtual with clients for the projects I’m currently leading. The size of the company is roughly 200.

How many people in meetings?
All in the same time zone?

What about making it recurring always same day and time!
