Daily Project Status: One metric that is super-important is the project status, and noting where you are compared to where you planned to be now. 6. Team: Checking on their needs, progress, obstacles and challenges. 7. Encouraging the team: This is important task 8. Monday morning, take some time to review the previous week and identify anything you have not finished that needs to be addressed. You could do this Friday afternoon, but I prefer to include it, Monday morning, as part of my weekly prioritization. Taking a little extra time to look at your whole week, on Monday, can speed up your daily checklist. Saving Changes...
