What will you advise . should I write my PMP exams before Marc 28 or after March 28

I want to write my PMP exam. however, with the new edition of PMBOK 6 on March 28, 2018 .. will u advise me to write the exam before March 28 or after March 28

If you are prepared for the PMBOK5, don't wait for the next version because that will cost you time and lots of stress. Point 2, it's better to deal with what you know rather than wait for what is to come, you don't know how the next version will be brewed.
