Does anyone know of a good Leadership publication which focuses on developing effective leadership qualities.

I have found Harvard Business Review to be one of high quality that completely focuses on leadership. The PMI journal also focuses on leadership attributes.

Hi Bradley,

I'm not sure if you are looking for a series of publications or a single publication or paper but I would have to agree with Bipin, Harvard Business Review has a monthly section in their magazine dedicated to focusing on leadership. In addtion, if you are a member of PMI, they have a leadership program that you can apply for. Lastly, if you are looking for classes on Leadership, Georgetown University offers a Masters in Leadership.

I almost forgot! MIT has a similar technological leadership publication called "Sloan Review" that focuses on technology leadership- if that interests you.

My favorite leadership model is the Situational Leadership Model, by Hersey and Blanchard. And, there is a very nice booklet, "The Situational Leader", by Dr. Paul Hersey.
