I would suggest watching the Youtube video titled, "Why you shouldn't trust successful people's advice", by the verified channel Bite Size Psych before really following advice in such books.
Nothing against the authors or the subjects of these books, but I personally am very careful when I read them as they are impacted by the survivorship bias. As the video points out, yes, it worked for some people and is highlighted (good for them!) - but how many people did these methods fail for? That side of the story is never seen. Saving Changes...
Anything by Lencioni and Scott Adams Dilbert books of management & leadership.
As far as sites go, hbr.org is my go-to spot...

To be a project manager you do not need to be a leader. First thing to understand to not waisted time is what does mean to be a leader into your company. Believe me, while I do not know about the company where you are working, you could surprise.

Sergio, Thank you for your good point I like the style of your answers often it is different from the crowd.
"7 Habits of Highly Effective People" And " The 7 Habits for Managers" both by Stephen Covey are great read.
I recently read a very good book which I would strongly recommend
"New One Minute Manager" written by Ken Blanchard And Spencer. It's a revised edition of "The One Minute Manager". Saving Changes...
Being humble, hungry, and smart (with people) are three properties of a great leader. Read "The Ideal Team Player" by Patrick Lencioni. A few other greats "Eat the Frog" Brian Tracey and The School of Greatness by Lewis Howes. Never stop being voracious in your search for betterment. Be a student for life.

Liana, thank you I got the smart and humble but I couldn't get the hungry cause I have different impression of been hungry That the person always wants more and can not have enough because always he is hungry for more.

I often visit the harvard business review website. you can view 9 free articles per day (6 as a signed up user and 3 as a guest user). they have a subscription model too for unlimited access
For a quick reference, I like MindTools.com. You need a full membership for paid access, but there is a lot of free content on multiple leadership topics. Don't expect any one article to go in depth, but it's enough to get you started on a topic.

I second MindTools.com and am a big fan of the hbr.com website. I found Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracy to be useful. Stephen Covey's books have been insightful. I also get a lot from Scott Adams Dilbert series.
