Sergio, Thank you for your good point I like the style of your answers often it is different from the crowd.
Is the way I thinking and behave. I do not write about things I do not know. I am always learning by researching and practice. In this case, the only thing that motivates myself to write in this post is to send this message: you do not need to be a leader for being a project manager. I found lot of times people that understand they can not perform project management because they do not have leadership skills. That is not true. Unfortunately I found lot of times that some people send messages because they want to sell something that jeopardizes the intention of development of other people. That is not good. About leadership there are a lot of it outside there.

1. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R Covey. I have the 13hrs audio book which I listened during commute.

2. First Things First by Stephen R Covey.
