Weekly, Monthly, both?
Definitely, have a look in the 'Templates' section. From there, couple anything you find with the requirements and KPI's to produce your status. With statuses, there are two distinct needs; content and format. If format has not been specified, determine whether excel, word, or PPT is suitable. Where is your information coming from? Where can you use charts and where is best to verbalize? Remember - at-a-glance is preferrable - one-pager if possible.

If you use MS Project you can customize a dashboard for the specific information you need to report.

first of all you need to have a meeting with them to realize and discuss the important data they want to see in dashboard.

Agreed! To report the project status, different stakeholders may care about different contents. And to prepare the report, you also need consider what's duration of the status you need to show. From the stakeholders you list, I guess you may report a project for one major milestone or a long term summary (e.g. 3 month or 1 year). You may collect some KPI data to show whether the project is healthy or not, such as the deliveries date and quality against project plan.Risk and mitigation can also be included in the reports, if you need to get help from these stakeholders.

Let me second this - I have found it's important to find what your audience wants/needs - usually the sponsor and senior leadership prefers 1 shorter visual representation (with detail available when needed), whereas the extended project team needs more detail and help focusing on milestones, quality, etc.

What Project Management Software are you currently using to track your progress? If you don't want to fill out just another template, it's possible some of your data can be exported from Project (or your pm software of choice) and added to a power point.

Like already mentioned I suggest firstly to have a look in the 'Templates' section.
If you don't find there what you need go around the net as there as several sites providing templates.

In any case it is natural that you will need to adapt the templates for your specific case.

I use MS Project usually and only brief of the milestones, print out so they do not play.
You can also put the results in simple power point.
Check your communication plan, or think what information they need to know. I had a sponsor all that he wants to know was "are we on the budget or not". So I tailored my report to focus on his needs.
