I am preparing for project status report for the sponsor, steering committee and major stakeholders. Are there any presentation template available? from where I can find template? Saving Changes...
However, I myself use MS project and some time power point depending on the stakeholder(s) who has requested it.
Thanks Najam. Saving Changes...

I never liked the default templates available since they are generic and might not be suitable for the company culture. In my experience, what you should do is to go and talk with the recipients of this status report and get to know what they really needed and give them exactly what they need at that particular point of time. Pushing all the information which should be communicated shouldn't be the strategy. It should be a pull system. Give what they want at a particular point in time. To ensure that some of the information/data is not missed out to communicate, note down which all topics to be communicated/presented at what frequency in the Communication plan and get the agreement from all the management.
They just don't need to know everything in a project. They just need to know what they should and what is expected of them to make the project more efficient. Saving Changes...
