If you aren't sure about what to measure, my advice would be to start measuring the parameters you think would be relevant. Then you have to look at the data collected and decide whether all of it makes sense or not. It has to be a continuous improvment process and after a while you should end up with the best metrics suitable for your situation. I wish I could help better!
