While the exam, is it possible to return to an answered question, though I haven't marked it for reviewing?

When did I do that :) Are you thinking of the discussion on the PM Challenge?
True Andrew, it was about PM Challenge; way too much multi-tasking over here at the moment lol

While you can return back to any previous answered or unanswered question, it will be close to impossible to remember the question number to which you want to return to if you have not marked the question earlier. The best choice than would be what Arun described earlier.

Yes, but you will want to mark them as they will be easily identifiable and save time.

Thank you for the comment, Rami. I had read the same comments somewhere on the web. But all of them were having the same doubt! Whether the system has changed or not! Hence I thought of raising the query here, since many of the members here have attempt the exam lately.
I trust that our fellow colleagues confirmed the fact that you can but better mark it for review so you can go back to it quickly.
