If I remember correctly, you can always go back to any question. The questions marked for review, however, will be highlighted making them easy to find. If you finish the exam ahead of the time, you can always review the answered questions and change the answer as required. But marking them for review helps you to focus only on those dicey questions in case you are not left with a lot of time towards the end.

Thank you for the comment, Rami. I had read the same comments somewhere on the web. But all of them were having the same doubt! Whether the system has changed or not! Hence I thought of raising the query here, since many of the members here have attempt the exam lately.

i passed the exam in December 2017 and I can confirm that you can jump to any question you want. However you might want to mark the question for review so that you remember which question needs a revisit Saving Changes...

Thank you for the heads-up Andrew! I was trying some sample questions, and came upon a Q which was supporting the option which I took earlier. This made me think this way, whether it'd be able to recheck similar Qs later on in the exam if we get some concrete hint.
I totally agree with you in avoiding the second guesses!
