Risk Management Plan template

I am trying to find a good template for a Risk Management Plan. I have found several for Risk Registers. I did find one template but was hoping to find more options so that I can customize it for my office.

There is a few some real interesting Register, look in the templates I should find one adapted to your context.

I'm working on one Plan and Register, not yet completed.

When you create one Dinah, it would be great if you shared it in the Templates section Dinah since you are a PMI-RMP, I'm sure it would hold a lot of weight :-)

It's been a while since I checked but are there no examples in the RM standard? You might also check Dr. Hillson's site...

I haven't seen too many Risk Management Plan templates, but I think the one in the link provided missed the Risk Identification and Communications processes. There are some other issues/inconsistencies as well. Why is it that we always seem to reinventing the wheel?
