In which knowledge area and under which process group shall I find the Assumptions log?

While studying the Risk Management through the performing Qualitative risk analysis, I found that one of the outputs of this process group is to update the Assumptions log. Where shall I locate this document?

Totally right my friend. I did wrote that in my previous comment because I tried to pointed out that in my case I use both and I manage both as I manage risk logs or requirements logs for example.
