Not easy to really pick one.. My favourites are Integration, Quality and Comms. It pretty much varies from project to project.
It also depends on the actual authority granted as a PM - can I really influence what I should manage? Sometimes this is unfortunately pretty tricky - especial when political games are played inside the organisation.

btw: Please feel free to still provide your quick vote on my poll on mobile device and PM tool usage - I still need two more replies to reach my target of 50 answers

Nico, I just tried to answer your poll and it's closed. I'd use the tools if I could find any that add value. Email on a smartphone does not add, it adds pressure to 24/7 connectivity. Said the man who remembers the first fax machine. ;-) Jim

My favorite KA: Risk Management - the positive risk responses have often saved the day. However, favorite does not equate to most important or used the most. For those two, I'd rank Stakeholder [expectations] Management and Communications.

Thanks Jim, these two seem to pair the best if one had to pair anything. I guess communication would pair well with almost any knowledge area.

Thanks Yamanta, depending on the project, quality could end up being the most important factor.
