Can anyone provide help with where I can find Technical Specification Document templates?

I am in need of finding at least one Technical Spec template. I have recently started a new project where there is a lack of documentation and would like to help my developers out by providing them with a template or two to choose from.
Any help with getting those would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a little bit confused - are your developers writing the requirements? Isn't that something that your business systems analysts would do?

Hi Beth,
I'm also looking for something similar but far more general to cover generic Information and communication services like an airport for example, this would include infrastructure, network, software ..that is wholly dependent on business nature.
I'm not sure also if a standard service catalog would be enough to collect and capture all business entities requirements for ICS?
