Most projects happen during hours that have the least impact on the affected business unit.
In most cases it's not your call on preferred choice of early or late. I do prefer after midnight as my preferred start time.

A project manager have to manage his/her time carefully. Early morning or evening. They have to plan their time. ?t is important.
