Hi Kevin, Plan DO Check Act is a method to improve a process. But I don't think it is an Agile methodology.

Hi Kevin, Plan DO Check Act is a method to improve a process. But I don't think it is an Agile methodology.

PDCA aligns well with the inspect & adapt principle within most agile delivery frameworks but it originated as a quality model.

We could add in the scaled agile frameworks: LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, DAD and so on.

PRINCE2 Agile, Scrumban and Agile Unified Process are a few more...

PDCA basically equates to Agile's PDEL (Plan, Develop, Evaluate, Learn) cycle.

While I do not now the reason for your question please let me say that some of the things listed above are not frameworks they are methods. The important thing to know is the key difference between framework and method. A method could be an instantiation of a framework. When you use a framework you must instantiated it fill it up with tools and techniques you decide to use because they best fits for your current situation to create the solution.
