I have a very prestigious project and my senior manager is influencing a lot. He is connecting to resources directly bypassing me and sometimes coming up with urgent client pleasing requirements in between the Sprint. Please suggest how to handle it.

I am sure you are trying to ensure that all the changes and requests are getting logged with enough traceability on them in terms of why these were added, what was the impact to the schedule and risks and issues that have come up from any of these changes. It helps as part of learning lessons at the point of project closure or when next phase is being started. If not, you may want to do that. In a similar situation, those details went a long way for me in providing clear understanding to clients and internal stakeholders on what can be done better in future

Manish sounds like you handled this well, Toughest part about "prestige" projects is that they get a lot of attention from key stakeholders and that requires additional effort to manage them. Also you and your manager are both learning your roles in this situation so it good that you are communicating.
