Besides the new Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) Certification that scrum.org are working on, there are some other news (Not sure to what extend they are true) that they are working on another very exciting certification called: Professional Agile Leadership I Essentials (PAL I) - Anyone familiar with this ?

Never heard of that one. Sounds interesting. They might be trying to merge Agile and project managers, similar to PMI-ACP and AgilePM, as there are a lot of PM's doing Agile that aren't Scrum Masters or Product Owners. Or to do with senior leadership that drives change.

Thanks for the share. Seems to be aimed at not just the actual job specific actions, but more of a workshop to help develop the skills and thought processes to assist an organization in the transformation itself, looking at more of the macro view.

The SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe) is along those same lines.

Will do. I already downloaded the Kanban Scrum Guide and going through it. Interesting as it builds on scrum and I personally believe makes it more flexible or lets say practical for fields other than IT and Software Development.
