Machine learning is a field of computer science that gives computer systems the ability to "learn" (i.e., progressively improve performance on a specific task) with data, without being explicitly programmed.

This type has evolved from the study of pattern recognition and computational learning theory in artificial intelligence, so can we say that machine learning could explores a construction of algorithms that can learn from and make predictions on project valuation data?

Interesting to see that you are trying to apply on natural language processing, are you using SAP predictive analytics or MATLAB

I'd written an article on this not too long ago regarding Computer Assisted Project Management - imagine if you will an AI trained on a data set of the last ten years of projects worldwide. Just think of the decision support capabilities which that might open up IF we are willing to accept the advice of the AI...

Riyadh,

We see more and more historical data, using AI analysis is improving.

Not long ago armies of people where needed to control project, it is now reduce to a few people. Analysis was impossible not long ago, now we can do a lot, AI will just move it up.
