What Are The Biggest Challenges Facing Project Managers?

7abibi Kevin, I understand your point with the team when you don't make choices as most of the time PM get assigned team so it is a big of struggle to apply all Tuckman ladders.

I think there is another challenge to PM when dealing with contractors or supplier preferred and designated by key stakeholders
And of course there are so many hardship to face but the final success over all constrains give the PM real pleasure.
