Yes, these are under "Approved change requests"-which is an input to the "Direct and Manage Project Work" process.

I see about Approved Change Requests.

Option C has a control item, so seems incorrect. How are A and D eliminated? Is 'Lessons learned register' non-existent...?

This site stated option A as the correct answer (site is often wrong though).
