Hello Chevele,

We have recently had two discussions on that topic - you may want to read the archives and then check back if you have further questions

Hi Chevelle, To even begin answering your question, we would need to know what the project is, to what level of the project you are at, and what are your priorities in respect of project deliveries. It is always best to re-evaluate your position and what you think has gone wrong, where, and why.
Inform all stakeholders, team members and keep them in the loop to what you intend to do to bring the project back on track. This needs to be done as soon as you are aware its in crisis(going pear shaped).
In summary, re-evaluate, re-plan, and re-organise, get agreement from stakeholders and begin to implement your revised strategy.
Please reply.
