He was never a good boss, I consider myself not very good at giving orders.
I am unable to disassociate myself from a project in my charge.
I'd rather do a say what to do.
I can not teach if it is not with the hands in the dough.
I can not speak of "my" without saying "we".
I have never seen a team to work late and go to rest.
I'm one more of the team; and when there is one that is created more than the team, we fail.

I want to be in the trench, I want to share the success of each project, I want to be a non-spectator, I want to do and not just say.

I hope you know how to understand me, I was never a good boss! "

There is a first mistake here: good or bad are subjective matters that must be translated into objective ones to make an evaluation.

Well, it's like a self-criticism to relax, generally very square things and that, does not allow us to see the whole panorama, nor does it allow us to humans and I wanted to share this thought, seeing how others see me.
