Same as most days - wake up, have a light breakfast and hit the gym. That gets me motivated and energized to face whatever the day throws my way.

I tend to have my coffee (Americano) in the early afternoon to give me that 11th hour boost to carry me through the last few working hours - green tea in the morning is my preference...

Kevin, actually I guess we're starting by looking at the mobile checking emails /messages / Media / before even leaving the bed. This is something definitely our grandfathers were not doing that.

Oh I did Riyadh, still it tastes like yesterday's socks. If it has to be herbal, then I would have camomile.

I'd agree, Sante, that green tea is an acquired taste, but somehow I find the taste of matcha to be addictive. You could try cutting it with a finger or two of vodka to see if that makes it better :-)

Actually interestingly, I have a small amount of matcha powder in my shake daily, so while I can't stand drinking it as a tea, I do recognize the health benefits of it enough to have the far more potent form as matcha in my shake where I can't taste it at all.
