What is the first thing you do on Monday morning ?

The middle of my projects are normally the most active. I prepare for Monday Morning on Sunday from 6pm - 8pm (emails, chats, spreadsheet updates, etc.) I get to work at 8:30am and prepare for my 9am call (much easier now). Once things slow down still arrive at 8:30am but usually no Sunday Evening prep required.

Well Kevin there's limit like the project you don't want overrun budget so no overburn Coffee
