Nope, not this one. Just a general list of all badges including special badges. Just curious to know whats new as I noticed some new special badges going around like Expertise & Advise Badge and so on.

Where did you see the Expertise and Advise Badge? If it was on someone's profile maybe you can ask them about it?

On some profiles, I can remember which but it is there and not only this, others too.

Are you referring to the 'Special' Tab on the badge view
There are also badges based on selections under edit profile when selecting new certs earned and the badges earned from the university topics offered (NOD) or events.
I don't think that really answers your question, though. Past that I'm not sure.
