Like many of you, I manage multiple projects. Each has it's own IMS, artifacts, etc. What tools do you use to stay on top of your own pool of projects? I find Outlook clunky, but it works to set reminders for emails, tasks, and meeting. I almost want to build my own Excel dashboard, but who has the time ... ;)

Any thoughts?

MS Project, RAID documented in Excel per project, and per project a plastic folder on desk that contains the latest information set per project. So in case of emergency, you just have to pick the right folder and you can join any meeting ;-)

What does mean "manage"? That is the key question to ask. You have multimple layers when you talk about projects/programs/portfolios. For all related to documentation we use a configuration management tool. For related to tracking a governance we use HP PPM tool. For all related to team work we use MS Office 360 suite.
