it is advantageous if all the team members are stating the whole truth in the reports. You have to decide how much accuracy of reported data is needed for your project- one size rarely fits all- in my opinion. Saving Changes...
How are they frivioulous? Are they small requests? (like, on screen x, need attribute y to be in lower left hand corner) or big requests (need five new modules) that without even doing an impact analysis you know will not be including in current release? Also, who is submitting the requests? Project sponsor, SME's, etc... Saving Changes...
