Feel free to add from your side as well

Tough Project Management Interview Questions That I faced lately:
1. What skills are you lacking as a project manager?
2. How long are you willing to fail at this job before you succeed?
3. Tell me what you felt was unfair in your last position?
4. What are you most proud of in your career?
5. Name one and only skill that Project Manager should have (I wrote about it previously)
6. What general metrics do you use to determine if a project is progressing on track?
7. Describe one of the most challenging projects you’ve managed and explain what you learnt from the experience

Interesting questions. I certainly have not been asked anything of the like and find them a bit 'off'. Had you really had these two asked before? If so, I'd be interested in the context.

I was asked my favorite movie. That interview was ridiculous and a waste of time. Really, I have four young children. I don't watch movies. :]

I guess it depends on the situation and the culture. In Mozambique, I had to use the power all the time and eliminate conflicts as a BOSS. It is not the ideal solution but I had no other choice to stay in control of conflicts.
You are right, it depends on the situation. I have never used power, and I'm sure that was not the right choice all the time.

In my last interview, I failed to answer this question. Now I know very well how to answer it.

It is all about showing how do you turn negative to positive.
