Are we able to apply and maintain the values (responsibility, respect, fairness and honesty) of the "Code of ethics and professional conduct" 100% in our role as a PM?

No one can apply 100% of all these qualities, 100% of the time. But that is our goal always to be 100%.

We should always strive to live those values but the aspirational standards might not always be feasible in a given context.

If I didn't try to achieve the highest level of ethics in my own actions, how could I expect my project team to do the same?

We are always able to apply these concepts 100% in our role as PMs, though doing so might be very inconvenient or even career-threatening (for example, if our boss asks us to lie to a customer).

Applying the concepts 100% and being 100% perfect are two different things Eric.

I agree with Eric, however, I have experienced situations where I have had to take a step back and re-assess the current situation - this is usually in relation to business opportunities - to make sure I feel comfortable with the approach. Projects can be big business and it is important to uphold a sound perspective even in the face of temptation.
