Are we able to apply and maintain the values (responsibility, respect, fairness and honesty) of the "Code of ethics and professional conduct" 100% in our role as a PM?

Code of Ethics is the duty of a professional to the public, to the employer, to the clients, and to others, and to the practitioner to act at all times with fairness and loyalty.
Dear Eric, if our Boss asks us to lie to a customer, the best answer is to say I cannot lie, if such simple answer is the career-threatening, it means that career's worth is more than my personal honor.

@Mahabubur Rahman: Thanks a million for posting a very relevant question.
I'm glad to see unanimity among the answers in terms of the critical importance of living the four pillars of PMI's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct:
Responsibility, Respect, Fairness and Honesty.
Even when put in situations where the practices are not considered de rigueur, it is very important for evey PM ro scrupulously practice every mandatory value, and as many aspirational values as possible.
I dedicated an entire chapter to this topic in my recent global project solutions book, "Say YES to Project Success." The chapter narrates a practical story of how unethical leadership affects a PM, and how a meeting with a close friend changes his mindset, leading to rebuilding trust with his client.
You can find a very rich set of ethics resources at www.pmi.org/ethics.

We are always able to apply these concepts 100% in our role as PMs, though doing so might be very inconvenient or even career-threatening (for example, if our boss asks us to lie to a customer).
I agree with Eric, however, I have experienced situations where I have had to take a step back and re-assess the current situation - this is usually in relation to business opportunities - to make sure I feel comfortable with the approach. Projects can be big business and it is important to uphold a sound perspective even in the face of temptation.
