Maybe that’s the technical issue. What if the variable that counts your contributions has a wrong format and when you post too much it overflows in that terrible huge minus number? :)
Ok, just kidding. But if it’s supposed to be fair it should determine value of the contribution and not just amount. I personally value your contributions a lot. But imagine if someone would comment just for commenting without value added.
Lenka actually you may have stumbled on something. I actually did notice an anomaly. When I rated or commented an old post like say I stumbled on an article from say 2016, and commented/rated, the next day or so my influence dropped. It happened twice. Saving Changes...

Chatting forum is great idea as well. . Saving Changes...

I was just thinking about some of these Andrew. Notifications like and indicator for replies to posts, blogs and articles would be nice. You have a great list there I wish some of these things were included.

I like the @mention on - This is important as in so many occasions I want to refer to someone but could not.

How about a badge for:
- Top Contributor of the Month - Top influencers for the top 10 - Best rates Blog of the Month
There are a lot more badges that cna motivate people. Unfortunately it is something virtual but it motivates people, that’s the truth. Look how happy Dinah was with the PMXPO2018 badge.
Good idea, Rami. I think it's nice to have badges based on individual contribution. Saving Changes...

I think it would be interesting to gather metrics on real world projects we're working on and begin to develop a base understanding of what works and what doesn't - maybe including some 'PM experiments' to determine what changes we can implement to do our jobs better. Something like a Caper Jones approach to base data gathering - including surveys. Saving Changes...
I think a "professional" Second Life-virtual world would be awesome. And it wouldn't have to be limited to PM professionals. It could have forums for professionals of all sorts and would be a great way to increase interaction among disparate groups. It would facilitate collaboration and interdisciplinary learning as well.
