Hi Kevin,you're right that it is the sponsor issue but it is also my issue. Since the sponsor has finished to initiate the project, I feel that it is a challenge and an honor for me to do the impossible to achieve it.

The sponsor should make sure that the project’s goals are aligned with overall organization strategy, gather support from senior executives, and provides ongoing direction as the effort unfolds. Saving Changes...

Hi Kevin, Anish I know that the project sponsor is an individual with overall accountability for the project but sometimes project managers need to "manage up" in order to bring their sponsor up to speed with relevant knowledge and skills.
