Could we say Correct Action can be issued for Know Unknow issues and Non Complaince Report (NCR) can be issue who / which deviating the Customer Requirements well knowingly. Please send your comments

Is this is your question: Could we say corrective action can be issued for known/unknown issues and a non compliance report can be issued to whom or which item/activity deviate from the known/actuals, related to customer requirements
In my opinion Preventive and Corrective action can be taken for incidents for known /but for unknown it can be considered as risk acceptance .NCR can be issued if activity deviates from the quality procedures and standards .The customer requirement should be well in advance considered in the quality procedure

Non compliance report is a result of a quality audit. Quality Audit is on process not on products. Corrective Action is what its created based on Non Compliance Report results.

Non-compliance : it is the result of nonfulfillment of a specified requirement. Do not mix it with the definition of defect ( a product`s nonfulfillment of an intended requirement or reasonable expectation for use, including safety considerations)

Non-compliance report : the document which contains the details of a non-concompliance identified in a quality audit or other process review.

Corrective action : it is the implementation of solutions resulting in the reduction or elimination of an identified non-conformity. In corrective action, the root cause is identified and action prevents the non-complaince from occurring again.
