Wake up in the morning and rush to office, but office is locked and HR note is hanging and you are kicked out for no real reason.

I woke up one morning and I found my whole project team had fled out the site and the country. So I was the only one on site.. Lol I had my strong coffee for sure at that day.

The real nightmare, if someone got injured seriously or suicide from the team.

Thank you Kevin for your comments, and your point is also valid if you get charged with Bill C 45 here in Canada. I don't know what you have in Australia for Criminal act if your safety procedure neglected and caused deaths or Lost of sight.

It is always a worry.

Safety safety safety
I have no compromise, I do not think I can live with guilt feeling ever regardless the law.

To be set up as a scapegoat for failure. For example, by being put in charge of an important government project by executives who plan to sabotage it for personal reasons. The project is critical enough that its failure causes you to be dragged before a government committee to testify, with the likely result that you could be imprisoned and fined.
