Believe in one thing, no problem is without a solution, whenever I came across tough situations only thing I thought was "To solve any Equation logic is required unlike Math" and trust me these are the best times of your learning that looks hard now.

Eg: Hard time is like a physical exercise, you may not like it doing it right now, but tomorrow you will be stronger because of it.

Breathe, re-center yourself and then help your team do the same.

I find an extra strenuous workout is a good way to refocus myself.

All the actions related to manage project/program/portfolios must be taken for hard times. So, no problem with that. Nothing extra to do than put in place the needed changes.
