Coaching and mentoring feature on www.projectmanagement.com?

Hello Esteemed Colleagues,

I have an idea for a feature I feel could possibly improve our experience on www.projectmanagement.com and I would like your opinion.

I am wondering about the possibility of this site supporting a one-on-one coaching/mentoring via Skype feature. Topics could be anything you need feedback on or want to discuss and related to the PMI talent Triangle.

The coach who respond on your request would receive PDUs (given back) and you would receive excellent feedback, support, and assistance from great people from all over the world. I think everyone could benefit from such a feature.

What do you think?

Not a bad idea. But then someone can get a bunch of their friends to request for a mentor and then the coach replies and gets a bunch of PDU's.
