What are the critical behaviours that you use to build trust and ethics as a change maker?

Change makers are the individuals who are leading and/or enabling change. They include project sponsors, project customers, project managers, project team members, and executives. Change makers, in a project environment where there is frequently more responsibility than authority; rely on trust and ethics to motivate others. What are the critical behaviours that you use to build trust and ethics as a change maker?
