I need the recommendations the best exams after PMP exam??

It depends on your line of business - In your field of QS & Cost Estimation, you probably should look at PMI-SP or PMI-RMP.

If you are in management and business analysis PMI-PBA could be the one to go. For your case PMI-SP will be the best.
Make use of fresh PMP exam and straight to RMP you need just two weeks of studying and you pass

So, for me everybody said the risk management is best after PMP. So, it doesn't not time to study and is it easier than PMP??

Yes it is easier than pmp .. check Facebook for Alaa Sultan Risk Egyptian engineer excellent for that. Join his study group

I have heard mixed reviews of whether this the PMI-RMP is easier than the PMP. It will depend on where your focus is to determine which exam you should take next.
