Mostafa you should check the CCR handbook, but PDUs from training falls under the giving back and you are limited to 25 PDUs per cycle. On the other hand you can get a PDUs from education and in fact must get at least 35 PDU. These can be gained by watching the live and recorder Webinars on this site plus your local chapter will usually have education events Saving Changes...
I think you are asking about training people to get their pmp hours and you get income as accredited provider. You have to have training company with activities of project management and develop your own materials and send some of the material to pmi. It is long process not that simple . If you want I can send you the link Saving Changes...
There is no requirement that you must be a Registered Education Provider to offer training courses which can be used by aspiring PMP holders to make up their contact hours. However, being a REP might reduce the likelihood that if a candidate were to get their application audited, those hours could be challenged since PMI does "some" review of at least one course offered by all REPs on a periodic basis.
If you choose not to enroll in the program, I would recommend affiliating yourself with a reputable training organization and develop training materials aligned with the PMBOK. You will also need to have a synopsis/outline for the course and provide your students with official proof of completion and how many hours they spent in the course - a course certificate often has that sort of information.
