I'm currently writing a book for people in civil engineering fields about bringing a drone safely, legally, and profitably into their company or department operations. Most of the book will be about effective project management. I'm looking for more examples or data points on the cost and schedule (actual vs estimated) to give readers an accurate reality check on expectations. The book is packed with lessons learned from the past 2+ years of "Part 107" rules in the USA. If you have any major lessons learned I'll be grateful to hear that too.
