Redesigning may be too strong for the job board as it has some good features now. I do wish that it had the ability to search by experience level.

It is only active in very few countries .. They need really to look at it and develop it globally

That is an excellent perspective that I was not aware. I would put that on the list, especially in this global work anywhere environment we are in. I would also hope that would attract more job posting companies so that the PM role can continue to have a farther reach.

Chapters and members should be involved in promoting it .. They can also tie up with universities , big corporate companies
Chapters need to increase the recognition of PMI in the industry as well.
People hardly knows about it in Australia.
Tie up with linked in
Job posting should be the main target to boost it.

Good point, it is very US focused.

I did receive an email today that the website was redesigned (Not sure if you did receive it too) ... I reset the password, restructured my resume (I had to mannualy fill it in after uploading my resume because the automatic entires were located wrongly).

I am not sure of what is the exact difference between this version and the previous one but I agree, it is focused on jobs in the US because one of the core questions is: Are you allowed to work in the US ?

Mayne it would be a good idea if they do it more globally focused than locally.
