how do you test the negotiation skill in different situation

I was trained in Hardvard Roger Fisher y William Ury because an special agreement the organization where I worked had with Hardvard. They teached that the list of things you prepared for negotiation could help you as a checklist to perform your own continues improvement in negotiation. Remember that depending on the strategies most of the time you are part of a whole team composed by multiple cross functional people that participate into the negotiation.
