Establishing very clear channels of communication.
Communication is very sensitive part of any project.
Adding to your point: identify key stakeholders.

George, this is a good question, usually I provide another machine for the team because they like drip coffee, not every one like me take Doppio "Double Shot" but my office is open generosity for all guests and this is where I get all key stakeholders, sponsors, vendors hooked to my special blend.

Agreed :-)

Kevin, You know that we have introduced the coffee to the whole world and you noticed it says 100 % Arabica coffee the seeds got stolen by " ...." and planted in Java, Sumatra and spread to the whole world.
Coffee for project management is a big communication channels and conflict resolution technique :)
